Application Tips: Use a flat or round-pointed synthetic brush for precision application. For more opaque glitter designs, apply Aqua Glitter and, while still slick, press a Sparkler Glitter shade of your choosing on top. Or get a sheer effect by diluting Aqua Glitters with Glitter Glue or LiquiSet.
