Exemption status may be submitted by email, mail, fax, or by using the form below.

If you feel your order qualifies for a Sales Tax Exception, please contact us before submitting your order. We are unable to refund sales tax without a full order return.

To set up your online account for sales tax exemption, we require a copy of your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate with the Sales Tax Exempt ID number, billing/shipping address, and your school or organization name. If you haven’t created a Superior Cheer login, please do so prior to completing this form.

SAVE TIME! INCLUDE YOUR PURCHASE ORDER INFORMATION AND ITEMS LIST IN THE FORM BELOW.

If including your Purchase Order, check that it includes the PO number, billing, shipping addresses, list of items with size, color, and gender (if applicable), and the approved amount, including shipping and handling. Shipping and handling fees can be calculated using our shipping chart.
